Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.
  • Applicable shipping and return charges will be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

Fabric Categories

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges on fabric products.
  • Exceptions apply only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Ready-Made Garments

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect (wrong item/size)
  • Tampered packaging
Please email us at contact@roohiweaves.com within 48 hours of delivery, including:
  • Your Order ID
  • A clear unboxing video showing the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Customers are required to initiate the return by shipping the product back to us.
