Refund Policy – Roohi Weaves

Refunds are only applicable in cases where a replacement cannot be provided.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received.
